Rock On

Grade 3
Learn how igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks form. View, measure, and test to identify different rocks and minerals.

Students will investigate the three basic rock types, how they’re formed, and what clues rocks leave about their traits that can be revealed through observation and experimentation.
