Let the museum come to you!  Instead of traveling to West Hartford to visit us, we can come to visit you. Our outreach program travels to schools, libraries, scout groups and community organizations across Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. A wide variety of exciting science programs are available.

Our assembly programs can serve very large audiences, and will dazzle them with spectacular demonstrations.

Classroom programs provide smaller groups with the chance to roll up their sleeves and do hands on experiments. Chemistry, crime-fighting, sound, live animals and more are available.

A series of station-based experiments make up our science showcases. It’s like having your own museum exhibit on bubbles, physics or electricity.

The night sky can come indoors with the STARLAB portable planetarium. Check out the constellations, or take a journey through the solar system.
