The Children’s Museum Needs You ... PLEASE HELP
These are tough times for all of us. We want science and nature to always be affordable fun for kids and families at The Children’s Museum and our Roaring Brook Nature Center. But we need your help.

The Children’s Museum in West Hartford, Connecticut offers hands-on fun with science and nature for younger children and families. Members and visitors enjoy exhibits and demonstrations, education classes and activities, a live animal wildlife sanctuary, state-of-the art digital science dome movies and planetarium shows, vacation camps, sleepovers, birthday parties, scout activities, and special events. The on-site Children’s Museum Preschool is a science-linked early childhood education center. The Children’s Museum also provides outreach to schools, youth groups and community organizations as well professional development for teachers. Nearby Roaring Brook Nature Center in Canton offers environmental exhibits, nature programs and classes, concerts and acres of outdoor hiking, bird watching, gardens and winter cross-country skiing.
