Registration
Small Group Camp-In
The minimum number for an overnight is 60 people from one or more groups.
When you register as a small group, we combine your group with other small groups to meet the minimum number of campers (adults and children).
Payment Policy
- $30/person scouts and adults
Minimum group fee of $300 is charged for groups of fewer than 10 participants (scouts and adults)
- A 50% non-refundable deposit, payable with a credit card (Visa® or MasterCard), is required at the time of your reservation.
- Final payment and accurate headcount are due two weeks prior to the event (Visa®, MasterCard, check or cash).
- All reservations are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- The Children’s Museum does not issue refunds for deposits or final payments.
- Groups are encouraged to book conservatively. You are responsible for your total numbers booked.
- If space is available, you may increase your child/adult numbers by contacting the Registration Department.
Private Facility Overnight
Private Facility Overnight Fee
Your group is the only group at the Museum. When you reserve a Private Facility Overnight, one leader must serve as the contact person.
Payment Policy
- $3,200 Flat Fee for up to 130 people.
- Please be aware, upon making a reservation, that you are responsible for the total amount of $3,200.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1,600, payable with a credit card (Visa® or MasterCard), is due at the time of your reservation.
- Final payment and accurate headcount are due two weeks prior to the event (Visa®, MasterCard, check or cash).
- All reservations are non-refundable.
