The Nature Center will host the Farmington Valley Butterfly Count, a part of an annual survey sponsored by the North American Butterfly Association. To take part in the Butterfly Count, meet at Nature Center at 7:30 am in the Nature Center parking lot.
Participants in Count should be prepared to travel throughout the Farmington Valley and be in good physical condition.
Following the Count there will be a Butterfly Program/Walk from 1:30 to 3 pm at the Nature Center. This program is open to the public.
Pre-registration is not required. Call the Center for additional information.
