Back by popular demand, the Great Gingerbread Engineering Challenge is a fun (and yummy) way for families to enjoy the holiday season. Families are challenged to use their engineering skills to construct a Gingerbread House masterpiece. Each structure is unique and each family is a winner.
Families will be supplied with miscellaneous candies, graham crackers, and special frosting-glue. The workshop will open with a brief tutorial on gingerbread house construction, including hints and ideas of how to decorate. Don’t worry– every family wins the Great Gingerbread Engineering Challenge, and each family will take home a special certificate of completion (as well as their creation).
